  13. Program the Nevada Department of Employment, Training, and Rehabilitation to train and retrain adults;
  14. Restore full funding to the Nevada Offices of Veterans and Adult Mental Health Services;
  15. Update and improve Nevada’s Water acquisition agreements;
  16. Retool Nevada’s water conservation and reclamation efforts;
  17. Explore the feasibility of desalination agriculture.
